So is this going to be a bad pve game that has a pretty decent gap in dps between classes and nerfs based on pvp whines or bad pvp game with no arena and very little attention to pvp other than low pop locks and late night keep swaps.

I mean no insult to the OP, I am just trying to help him get an answer faster, as his grammar makes understanding him difficult. Here is what I think he's asking:

"Is this a bad PVE game that has a noticable gap in DPS between classes, and nerfs are based on PVP whiners? Or is it a bad PVP game with no arena and very little actual PVP, other than low population PVP zones and late night keep swaps?"
