There's a reason the crown store prices are so high. The lower they go, the more P2W this game becomes. I would personally never consider horse riding lessons P2W, but I know a lot of people do. So they're priced in such a way to discourage anyone from just straight up buying all of their lessons. They exist to use here and there when you need them.
