Medium Armor Elude Skill Bugged.

So I recently picked up the elude skill for my Breton stamina templar and am loving it, but I noticed that it doesn't appear to be working as intended. I am wearing full, 7/7 pieces of medium armor, and yet I have no bonus to the duration of the ability even though that's how I morphed it. Also, I'm not sure if this too is a bug or rather some intentional balancing tactic, but I noticed that the heals from rally cease when elude is active.

✭✭Yeah, it's a bug that some heals can be dodged. You can also dodge them with the nb skill or a simple dodge roll.
But think positive, you can use this bug to charge your ultimate without being in combat
