Character lip-synchs with mount noises?

My character starts moving his lips whenever his mount makes a noise. Um... does this happen to anyone else? Is this supposed to happen? Are the mounts actually mute and our characters are providing the sound effects? Kinda like sitting in an electric car going brrrrrrrm!?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug (video).
Nobody cares about your endless list of terribly-named characters.

    1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: What? A swallow carrying a coconut?
    King Arthur: It could grip it by the husk!
    1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.

    Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

    You read a question about this (I think you said from Lady @Elloa) on a previos ESO Live. (2-3 shows ago). At the time, you said you were looking into why the character yelled at the same time as your mount growled when you jumped.

    Oh,,, and when I go VROOOM-VROOOM, my car moves with the engine off in park....

    Am I the only one who is imagining Berserker sitting in an electric car going "VROOOM VROOOM" haha.

    This is odd, I haven't noticed this, but I guess because I was always behind my mount when riding? Props to you for noticing.

    Because of the forum Icon... I saw a werewolf in a little Shriner car (with a fez!)
