I've noticed that there are a lot of pieces of crafted armor for sale for less than they could get selling the materials, especially when you figure what tempers, tannins & resins go for. I understand that someone might make something for themselves and then sell it off when they level, but some of these are BoE items so they have never been used. Bad math skills I guess.

Consider that a lot of players are selling items to help other players. It's not that they are in it for the money or profit but instead they realize that if they help others their alliance progresses and in the end, hopefully it gets more ppl to Alliance war or endgame PvE faster and more geared.

That's just my way of seeing it

I do it all the time.

I never buy mats, so they are always free (vs. my time).
I price what I feel is reasonable for my time, and is affordable for other people.
Not playing to gouge every last GP out of anyone.

I mostly sell orders that are never picked up, or if I goof a trait or level (I screw up level all the time... I swear the damn thing still resets sometimes).

Sold A Half (4 piece) set of VR 1 Medium Hundig's yesterday pretty cheap. I wanted it to be VR5. It was purple and someone was psyched to get a good deal .
