And about Roe....Hope it's getting not from fishing.

My guess is that the Frost Mirriam and Bervez Juice will be worth pennies compared to the Fish Roe which would certainly be the bottleneck component. Until we know how it's obtained, we can't even begin to estimate value on the Ambrosia. They could make the Fish Roe a crown store exclusive if they want. Or it could be an ultra rare fishing reward or rare hireling ingredient. It's completely up to them how rare they want this to be and it will have nothing to do with any rarity associated with Frost Mirriam and Bervez Juice.

I hope Psijic does affect VR levelling/CP gain as VR levelling is quite tedious currently.

I would like to see them affect Vet Ranks, but then no longer work once you hit VR14. So basically they would allow you to level faster, but then would not provide you with any way to massively gain CP.

If these XP boosts are to work like the crown store ones, ZOS has already stated these only apply to non VR rank levels and do not count towards CP gain either...
