Does the 'Nourishing' buff from the champion system effect all potions?

Hi all,

There is a possibility that this question has been answered, so I apologize in advance if that's the case.

I'm just wanting to clarify if this buff affects all potions OR only those potions that replace health??

I just put 20 potions into for a test and tried a health potion before and after and did not notice a different in the health potion let alone any other type of potion. I thought it was one of the 'currently broken' passives
