Judging from my past experience of having quite a few same title games on both console and pc, it seems after a few weeks I always wind up back on pc..I dont see how this time would be any different..

What makes you think Cyrodiil won't be laggy?
Beta was no indicator of lags. When the floodgates are open, only then will we see.
Just because consoles are more streamlined doesn't mean inherent bugs that are in the base code won't cause issues there. And ZoS already admitted that the lag in Cyrodiil is less people's specs and more a problem in the coding in the game, and guess what - consoles are getting pretty much exactly the same game as PC's have... It's not like they built a new engine from scratch specifically for consoles. Only thing that changes is social interaction due to different networks, connection and authentication methods and UI changes obviously. Base game does not change - means ground layer bugs that can't be tracked or pinpointed don't change either, regardless what platform. A buggy skill that can't be fixed on PC will be a buggy skill on Xbox, because they haven't found a way to fix or track the root of the problem.
Only time will tell - but I will bet you 10k in-game gold that within a month of console launch - the forums will be flooded with issue and cry posts, and I bet they will be pretty much the same as PC ones... Mark my words.
You can white-knight your precious Xbox all you want, but this has nothing to do with the platform - this is the game itself. And since all platforms are x86 architecture, there is literally no difference between them apart from OS and Network, this isn't 7th gen anymore.

just speaking on Xbox....unless ZOS decided to run it on their own without server help, it wont be laggy.

I'm pretty version the only way ZoS won't be using an exclusive server is if they allow player servers, which won't happen. I do not believe Microsoft will offer Amy assistance on that end.

Come on Xbox community. We cannot get beat by those ************** PS4 ********.
