Vampires - An idea for 1 extra stage and a graphical tweak

I propose a stage for vampires called "Blood Gorged" which is a stage that kicks in if you feed when you are stage 1 (already fed). In this new stage, you still look liek a stage 1 vampire (maybe a bit less pale, but still paler than being alive) with the same freaky eyes and all - but this stage lasts 3 hours and you take only 20% extra damage from fire. -HOWEVER- to keep it balanced and more for personal preference and RP/appearance - all vampire abilities' costs are 200%. So to break it down:

Blood Gorged:
Only 20% extra fire damage
Slightly more "alive" appearance (note slightly)
All vampire abilities cost 200%
Stage lasts 180 minutes

As for the graphical tweaks, I figure all stages need fangs and stage 4 vampires should get claws like the khajiit have on their hands and feet.

Minor things but adds a bit more to vampires. ZOS already mentioned that they were looking at some alchemy stuff for RPers (I am assuming blood potions that work like bottled feeding). Maybe even add a option for a player to willingly be fed off?

So basicly ur saying the passives are worth it to be a vamp opposed to the 20% extra fire dmg and the extra damage from the fighters skill line?

No thanks. The only reason vamp is sometimes worht it is due vamp skill lines offering a better alt. than the class active skills.

Why the hell would people still chip in 5% stamian regen compared to the werewolf, and be hit harder than before? no point honestly

You kinda missed the point. It's a personal choice to feed as a vampire, and no one said you have to feed your way into "Blood Gorged" stage. It's a stage for mostly RPer's and to add a bit of something extra. It's not OP it's not a nerf, it's just something added that adds a touch of personal choice.

There are loads of people that play this game that are not confident in their ability to do content such as Veteran Dungeons and so on.

This would allow them to be more confident and make it easier, more forgiving should they participate in content which is difficult for them. This change would be very casual friendly, which is always good for a game which is supposed to be casual friendly.

I'd never expect a change like this, same with RNG dependence - regardless, you're suggestion is solid. Wouldn't suprise me if it is at least a year wait minimum before something like this is even discussed for more than two sentences in a meeting.
