EULA:

Not all "rules" automatically mean that they are right, especially when it goes to such commerce companies, furthermore, all such "rules" in court (when it comes to court ofc) for about 70-80% of all processes are false.

Small scale PVP is not even on my top 10

I guess the problem with "Giving people what they want" is people often have no real idea of what they want.
People are however very good at retrospectively saying what they don't like.

Sir, you are shaming ZoS as being unfair. They are not ignoring you, they are equally and fairly ignoring pretty much everyone. But thats ok (?) because they are busy, working on console.
