Regarding the console release

First of all I know that there are a lot of threads about this but I want to give my opinion on it aswell. Anyway, when I bought this game after It first came out on pc, I was hoping to get a ps4 sometime in the future and continue playing the game on console, and yesterday I decided to buy one. I was excitied because I knew Eso was about to come out on the consoles and I thought this was the perfect time to get one. Then, however, I did some research and I learned that pc to console transfer was a limited one time offer and I was already too late. For those of us who bought the game at full price including the Imperial edition this is completly outrageous. I think this transfer service should be available at all times both for pc to console and console to pc, assuming we've already bought the game once. You are basically saying "nope, It was a one time offer and you are late, go buy another copy and start over".Hell, the least you could do was to let us transfer until the game officaly comes out on consoles.. I've also heard the mails regarding the transfer were sent to the spam folder, was this intentional? It seems to me that this whole thing is a complete rip off and you are making a huge mistake that you are certainly going to regret when the communtiy backlashes.

Don't worry because it seems alot of people want transfers so i am sure it will happen again at a later date.

I suspect they'll offer this again in the future. But don't expect it to be for free.

These threads keep coming up. Can you imagine how many there will be come June 9th?

This place is gonna be a whirlwind of frenzied, uninformed people complaining.

It was your responsibility to stay informed as to the status of the character transfer and console launch. Zenimax even reached out to everyone personally through email. The opportunity is gone.

You do know the only reason they even offered the transfair in the first plays was because the messed up the console release. If the game had of been released last year like it was meant to happen there would never have been a transfair. thats why there was a cut of date.

I haven't seen any confirmation that a change is occurring.
I have seen them specific say they are reviewing the situation based on a few threads.

Best of luck to you and anyone else who missed the offer.

Make sure you have your account and email setup so that you are receiving their offers, marketing material and specials

We usually say we don't want spam but in this case it may be best to keep it coming based on the last few offers that PPP have missed.

Sorry to hear it OP. I hope they change their mind and offer it again. Only thing I would note regarding your first post I received the mail in my inbox and not spam folder so it was not sent to everyone's spam folder.

If it was not for the transfer email i would of never given eso a second chance.
Think about this the game was rebranded in less than a year a bloody record for mmos lol.
Then think about how the game would be right now without the Elder Scrolls skin.

You could have just bought the cheap 'console copy' during the 30 days period? You don't need to have a console at that time to be able to buy the console copy.

They have send emails to everybody eligible, not sure why people are making a fuzz about it.
The emails did not ended up in my spam folder and I have very tight spam folder rules in my email client.

Some other games I own on both PS4 & PC I have to start over again as well, I don't have to cry on those forums either to have my stuff copied over.

Didn't say it was a bad thing, they gave it to people who wanted to play on console last year to keep them interested. people should have took up the offer back then and not *** about it now because they didn't take up the offer when it was offered to them.

I didn't even recieve an email but I think this service must be available to everyone who is interested in playing on consoles.
