Poison vs Disease damage

@ZOS_GinaBruno What is the difference between poison and disease damage??? Does poison lower healing recieved while disease adds physical damage over time? I've often wondered what the difference is between a poison weapon enchantment and a diseased weapon enchantment. What actual effects do they have?

Reverse what you said. Disease is the healing debuff.

Poison enchant = poison damage + poison damage over time
Disease enchant = disease damage + minor healing debuff

Disease also cuts your health regen in half. Hmmm, might be nice if poison cut your stamina regen some, not half though.
