I've been having trouble with my main getting group invites because of a special character in her name. I posted a "help" comment and within a few hours, customer service emailed me and fixed the name issue. Funny thing was, I wasn't expecting an email, maybe just a few bits of advice or comments saying wait for name changes to hit the crown store.

So kudos and cookies to customer service and thanks @ZOS_AlexD for resolving a very frustrating issue for me!
