So I've been playing since release. I'm a vr7 nightblade. I have growing concerns with the release of console version coming up. Currently blacksmithing woodworking and clothing are maxed out. Here's my Problem. Provisioning, enchanting and alchemy are very very low. Is there a easy way to catch those up? Or will I have to go back to the starter zones to farm low level mats? If that's the case I'll just reroll and do it the right way. Thanks for your help !!

You can do provisioning very fast - saw a video where someone went 1 to 50 in 2-3 hours.
    Just need lots of mats.
Enchanting... good luck. Very slow to level, even after buff.
Alchemy is about the same as provisioning. I maxed my alchemy in about an hour but I had a lot of mats.

So what if I can't buy stacks of MattS. I'll have to farm low level zones?

Provisioning is super easy to level.

You can either get 1 recipe at each tier from 1 to 3, buy the ingredients you need for those and make a ton of food, or you can learn all recipes you find, collect all mats and just make all the food you can every time you are near a cooking fire.

I almost got 3 toons up to 50 in provisioning in one evening. Ran out of mats when the last one was at 48.

Alchemy as well. Collect mats, then make the highest level potion you can. If you discover a property you get more IP.

Enchanting takes a bit longer, but unless you are in a hurry, just deconstructing glyphs you find should get you high enough. Enchanting is the one where you are most likely to have to go to lower level zones to farm mats, though that should not be too hard.

Provisioning can be maxed in like 10 minutes if you buy the mats along with recipes to keep up with the provisioning level.

like when you hit provisioning lvl 10 get a lvl 10 recipe.
I don't know if this skill even goes by lvls anymore but its the same thing.
Super cheap to buy mats and recipes too :)

Alchemy is super easy (if you have the components). Just spam whatever potion you can make the most of and then make sure to unlock the passive that creates more potions per creation.

Enchanting isn't bad, just make sure to break down everything or find a friend to trade enchantments too.

Don't have any cooks, so no advice on that one, sorry.

Provisioning I did in 2 hours. As said above it depends entirely on having the mats available AND knowing recipes! (so learn as many as you can).

Enchanting is not so easy - That took me months. The most XP comes from deconstructing Runes but not ones you create yourself. The only suggestion I could possibly make here is that you grab a crafting buddy and you make a truckload of Runes between you and swap them - deconstruct them all and rinse, repeat. Same way you would level Blacksmithing/Clothing/Woodworking... just slower.

Alchemy, I have no experience with that so sorry can't help

    Provisioning:
Aquire a recipea for every skill level, blues get more IP so that would be good when possible. Aquire the mats for each recipe and get a lot of them. Proceed to make the highest recipe you can until the next teir unlocks via skill point (every 10 provisioning levels), then make new highest recipea you can. Rinse repeat until 50.
I do highly suggest buying the mats over farming them as it simply saves time and a lot of it.

Provisioning mats are very cheap. I know, cuz I have to sell my surplus for next to nothing. Same with green recipes, which is all you need to level. Follow the advice above and you can level your cook in no time with a few skill points.

Alchemy is basically the same. Waters are easy to find if you can't buy them. Buying alchemy mats will be much faster. Keep in mind that you don't have to make something you will use. Some mats are VERY expensive, but mushrooms much less so. For example, craft a bunch of Ravage Stamina potions from any two of Emetic Russula, Imp Stool, Luminous Russula, or Stinkhorn. You can vendor the worthless results. It will still level alchemy.

There are NO shortcuts for Enchanting. The thing to keep in mind is the higher level the glyph, the more ISP you will gain. Focus on deconstruction, not creating. I have an alt in high forties mostly from deconstructing the glyphs my VR14 finds. You can buy white Monumental glyphs for around 200g or less each. As mentioned, getting a trading partner makes this one a lot easier, and using an alt for this is the same as another player. Best bang for the buck comes from green and blue runes. The ISP from Ta runes is laughable (but do it anyway, since every bit helps and it's a long slog), and Rekutas (purple) are too valuable to waste leveling, unless you are flush with gold. Craglorn is loaded with rune nodes, and maybe you'll get a nirncrux or three :) while there. Hope this helps.
