As a PvPer and a person that does DSA like seven times a week I find that my vampirism has to go for te last fight cause it's just too much fire, however when I go in as Human form Werewolf I have nothing to worry about EVER just don't transform and you're golden. Now in the past with just two wolf powers and crazy high cost for a short timer I got it. However this is no longer the case why is Werewolf a free 15% stamina regen still?

Vampires get 10% stamina and magicka buff with a 75% health regen debuff, with 9% more damage taken cause of Fighters Guild passives, 40% more damage from fire and the one shot that is Dawn Breaker that even my vamp runs cause really one shot from full health it's a cheap move but it does work.

Werewolves are not weak anymore they have an AoE knock down, a fear and a heal added so no one using the wolf powers should have a problem as they get a free bonus currently in human form. So let's see some draw backs in human form like a magicka regen debuff werewolf is a stamina based skill line and their wolf blood takes 40% more damage in Human form too it made sense not to do this when Werewolves had nothing going for them but those days are gone that bonus regen needs to come with a balance Cyrodiil is overrun with level one wolves that never use the powers and never pay a price for power this needs to change.

Don't lessen the damage to vamp that would not add balance simply add wolves to the level of vamp now all that being said as Werewolve is a stamina tree faster movement speed and a damage buff to melee while human form would be fair compensation compensation.

I have to agree with kendellking_chaosb here. I have one charactor with werewolf for the dyes, but never felt the need to cure them like I did when I got vampirism for the dyes. Now I'm really thinking about having my NB and DK both turn to werewolves for the +15% stam regren.

The only problem is that transformation is still glitch in wolf form, and its a coin toss whether its going to lock up and be a liability (and a waste of an awful lot of ultimate). Yes wolf form is strong when it works, but I think 33% fail rate is a conservative estimate of how often it actually fails to perform in pvp. (Yes I get half-transformed that many times, and once you're half-transformed, you can do nothing but die.)

I do think an alternative should be brought in place to counterbalance Vampire and Werewolf, and I'd like to see an >INSQUISITOR< skill line put in place or >CRUSADER< or whatever that was mutually exclusive to these two. At this point everyone is happy and it would be a proper counterbalance to both. That's what I want.

I play and use it only for the 15% stamina. I haven't even used my werewolf ulti yet . And if they change it id simply just cure my WW and stay normal?

I think to be fair though we have to consider what it means to be a werewolf. Some folks use their wolf form sparingly, but I don't think they're 'not really werewolves' or whatever. Part of the fun of the game is swapping out your build from time to time, popping in another ultimate for a different situation. A good case in point is my vampire nightblade. I use vampire on that character predominately to sneak around better. I don't think that makes the character less of a vampire, just because I don't oft have vampire abilities on the bar. I think in the case of werewolves its much the same. The bugs are an issue on their own and need fixing, but also I think there is room for different flavors. I personally like the option to play different flavors which is why I have multiple v14's. My point in my earlier post (and in many others in many other forum chats) has been that they really need to offer a World skill line that runs counter to Vampire/Werewolf. Fighters Guild just doesn't cut it, nor should it, given the backstory of the game. I do think a World line that is mutually exclusive would be wonderful. Call it 'Knights of the Nine' 'Knights of the Eight' 'Vigil of Stendarr', 'Dawnguard', 'Inquisitor', 'Crusader', you name it I really don't care what it is, I think it would allay a lot of complaints and concerns, and give us something interesting to do.

Imagine if Werewolves, Vampires, & Crusaders each had their own 'Radiant Quests' as well as quest lines the player could play through. The same holds true for FG, TG, DB, MT, MG, and any other guild they throw our way. Content is really what we want as a player, and I'd like to see better qualitative content as well as balance. Give us both and I think we'll all be a bit happier.

I've not been a vampire in this game yet, but I believe vamps can use any vamp skills at all times? While werewolves have to be transformed to use theirs?

fair point but I did say that new human form passives should be added and 99% of Werewolves in PvP never the use the power ever I see the Moon on the list of passive that FTC shows you and can count on one hand the number of times I seen a WW in wolf form

Firstly, I couldn't give a damn if werewolf lost 15% stam regen in human form if there was a TOGGLE. Not everyone is a minmaxer.

AOE knockdown? There is not. Self-healing, yeah, cause werewolf can't pull a staff out of thin air to heal themselves. Anyone not in werewolf form/not a werewolf can switch easily. Fear, I guess, is supposed to add to survivability and fails. Hardly see anyone in PvP in werewolf form cause you don't last 3 seconds, you're just a big "kill me first" sign.

If everyone was locked into 1 weapon only, then there would be alot of balance issues, I'm sure.

ww take a 50% loss in resistance to poison/disease and are constantly fighting to stay in form. can only use skills in form as was mentioned.

where ww are really impressive is in packs - people playing ww in human form are not playing to potential. packing maximizes dmg, stam & increase time to wolf etc. yeah if u r in pvp & see a pack of like 5 or 6 headed your way - RUN!

edit - ww are stronger when in groups and on the attack - they need to be the hunters. being lone ww and getting surrounded- yeah that guy is screwed i agree.

I have found ww do have a pretty decent heal (Hircines Bounty) and apparently do have aoe to a degree tho I havent used it yet so can't comment further. its called piercing howl and is a cc knockdown. Could be wrong but this is my understanding of it. Interestingly heal is also a howl owing to wolves having such a limited vocabulary - lol! But even if so, Pounce also can be aoe.

Vamps have 2 skills and only 2 skills.
    Vamps have weakness constantly.

They are both vamp/ww useful and useless in different manners.

I have no problem with werewolves getting their Stamina buff at all times. I do think they should also take their poison damage at all times though. And yes, I have a werewolf and I still say this.

The problem I have with WW is no matter how you look at it you get a free regen at level 1 WW for completing the mission
I'm a Vamp not for mist or Bats and who even uses Drain like really, but for the removed sneak penalty and pay heavily for that and had to level vamp up to get it. really no logical for not going wolf

To be fair, the vampire as a whole just gets more positives and negatives in human form than the werewolf all around. Even at Stage 1 vampire what do we have? 10% Magicka and Stamina recovery, 33% damage mitigation at under 50% health, improved stealth speed and moving into stealth and Unnatural Resistance which lessens the problem with health recovery. They also get a 40% fire weakness. The werewolf on the other hand receives 15% Stamina Regen in human form and nothing else. If they were to give a poison weakness to the werewolf in human form it should be markedly lower than in werewolf form. I personally find it ridiculous that werewolves have a poison weakness, considering that's never been a weakness over theirs in the past. In skyrim in particular, I can remember mowing through crowds of bandits to build up my werewolf rage, so that I could dive into a dwemer ruin and tear apart robots, and finally make my way into blackreach to terrorize Falmer up and down. Falmer were a joke, and they and their pets were full of poison. I don't have a problem with Werewolf Regeneration, but I would love to see a mutually exclusive skill line with other benefits for the 'plain human'. They could offer many alternate skill lines for the 'plain human' in fact which could fill this hole. If they did this, I think a lot of us wouldn't mind the piddly 15% stamina regen.

werewolf dps is insane and sustain is good too
ya'll are nuts not to be using it transformation. max those support morphs and run with at least one other werewolf for a very powerful damage dealing team

@dodgehopper_ESO I did suggest a speed and weapon power buff yea vampires get stamina and magicka regen but take a 75% health regen rebuff that you have to feed every 30 minutes to remove as vamps need to feed WW should have to transform and feed to stop a magicka regen debuff.

How ever not feeding in Wolf form should buff your weapon damage with each stage.
