Okay, so I purchased the game for console on January 30th, 2014 for $108.24 (Imperial Edition) to be able to play this originally on console. However, the release date has been pushed backed continuously until June. 9th. When I first learned that console release date was pushed back, I went ahead and purchased the PC version of the game on release date. Since then, players have been able to purchase the console edition for $20.00! I was unfortunate to miss the console transfer date as I did not know it was happening until it was over. I did get the email that it would be starting soon, but did not receive any subsequent emails that it had started. I emailed ZoS asking if any special consideration could be made since i have paid quite a bit of money that other players have not had to pay (unless they are in the same boat as me). ZoS has basically I am SOL... I was not offered any refund for my original pre order, nor was I able to transfer to console... So why does ZoS customer service exist? It is apparently not needed if you guys are doing nothing to help your customer base.
