I wish for an achievement that would allow you to have max stat in any allts mount if you got 60/60/60 on a single char. I would also like to having an option to show/hide mount visuals from stable upgrades.

Gratz! As of tomorrow morning I'll have 60/60/60 on 7 characters. It would be on 8, but pre-1.6 when I was feeding 3 horses on each character every day there was one day when I screwed up and fed the mounts on one character the wrong type of food, so the 8th character won't be at 60/60/60 until the end of the week.

I'm terrible at remembering these things, my mount is only at like, I think 7 in speed but 0 in everything else, yet I've played enough days to have it maxed in at least one skill. I think I'll go feed it now so it's at 8.

I have 60/60/60 on my main. I'm 60/5/60 on my healer now.
Monday through Thursday I only log to check my mail and then my healer's horse.
I refuse to feed my bank alt's horses.

Wow, how did you all do it? I've been doing the skill since 1.6 launch, and I'm no where near it. Had one maxed out Imperial horse prior to 1.6.

Congratulations! Now, if ZOS would implement my Advanced Mounts Overhaul Concept players would have 9 additional riding skills to level to 60... yea. that would take you another 1.5 years... then around 2017 they could raise the cap all riding skills to 100. This would give players an additional 1 year 3 months to upgrade their mounts.

Worried about players progressing past you or you just CAN'T wait that long to max out? No worries. In my Advanced Mounts Overhaul Concept I also suggest a Crown Store item of Advanced Riding Lessons. A 4 pack of riding lesson that allows players to bypass the time and gold requirement for riding lessons and will upgrade any riding skill immediately.

I finally got maxed out on my last alt, so that gives me 8 maxes. I wish we got the blanket still though.

I find it quite ludicrous that Bank Space is account based, but the Horse upgrades are character based, even though the Mounts are account based.

Really, really bad design there.

Not only that, but before patch 1.6 you could upgrade three different mounts with a different skill. It would be nice if they would allow us to upgrade each skill once per day.

Been playing since launch and I still haven't done this yet. I really didn't care about it till they changed feeding to riding skill.

One is 60/60/60 and got there about two weeks ago.

My two mules are at 60 Bags and 40 plus Speed (to be able to deliver writs faster)

All my mains are at least at 50 Bags and 50 Speed. I am now building up Stamina on them.

Lol. I actually considered a suggestion where it would be impossible to max out all horse traits where adding points = a greater % of the total points goes to that skill and the other 2 skills are decreased slightly. Then I wondered how that would work with inventory space and I scraped the idea.

I don't post EVERYTHING I come up with. I do filter it... a little.

And only the Senche would be fed Chicken Beasts. The horse would be fed:
Grass Bundle
Fistfull of Hay
Oat Crumble
Flax Seed Cookie
Dried Beets
Salt mix
Apple Slices

Maybe feeding the wrong food to the wrong animal makes that animal sick and acts as a debuff.... hmmmm.. Heheh.

My first one will be done today, the other 6 within a week or so.
As soon as we figured out how the mount changes were going to work, we bought extra horses and started feeding up all 3 seperate skills on them to get a head start.

Pretty much what @Xendyn says. Before the 1.6 changes to mounts were announced my main had a maxed-out speed horse, and a maxed-out capacity horse, and another character had a maxed-out speed horse.

Shortly after we found out about the upcoming changes to mounts with 1.6, and after getting some clarification on how exactly the transition would work, I bought additional Imperial horses (at 1 gold each) on all of my characters, named each new horse after the type of food I'd be feeding it, and started feeding 3 horses every day on all 8 characters (well, on my main it was only 1 horse per day as he already had horses with 2 of the stats maxed, and on one other character it was only 2 horses per day as he already had a horse with 1 stat maxed).

There wasn't enough time from when I started doing this to have my characters at 60/60/60 when 1.6 dropped, but I think they were at about 40 or so in all of the stats. Since then, with only being able to upgrade 1/day on each character it's been slow going, but I've now got everything maxed out on all 8 characters (well, actually because of the mistake I made one day back when I was feeding 3 horses per day one of my characters won't be at 60/60/60 until tomorrow).

But then they wouldn't be able to sell us mount/riding lessons in the crown shop which we all know will be coming at some point, LOL.
