Cant pickpocket?
Hi, i like to ask, why can we only pickpocket friendly targets?
If i sneak up on a "bandit" npc, one that is hostile, then i dont get the option for pickpockets. Why?
It makes no sense what so ever.

✭✭✭Because if you steal things from a bandit, who by definition steals things for a living, you'd have a stolen stolen item. This, as we all know, would create a paradox which would destroy the entire universe and part of Oklahoma. Therefore, it was decided that the best course of action was to simply disallow theft from bandits.

Bandits don't have anything in their pockets.
That's why they are bandits...
