Logitech G710 plus and ESO

Just bought a G710 Plus to use with ESO. I am not having any luck with building a profile that will work in ESO. Read everything I can find on building profiles, but I still cannot get the G keys to function in the game or macros.

Would appreciate any ideas on what I need to do to do or examples of a working profile.

Thanks

    Thanks for the reply.

The regular keyboard keys work just fine. And I was just able to get the G keys to work with a single key press, but I can not get the multiple keys function to work. What I want to do is set up an attack/defend sequence. I am getting tired of people killing me with multiple attacks in less than a single second.

    Thanks for the help.

While I also have the whole Logitech suite of wonderful peripheral hardware AND use Wykkd's Macros addon I will advise that it is against ESOTU user agreement to use Macros. ;)

I've got a G510s and I don't use macros for combat but I do have keys programmed for emotes and a profile made to be able to select just about all of them and assign it to a G key.

For emotes it performs them but it works so fast that the text never shows up in the chat box. also have a set of keys to change guild chat channels and bug report and stuff like that,,, mostly everything in chat commands or emotes.

The ones i use the most other than changing guild channels are the emotes for pointing directions.

That being said, I don't see the difference between how this works for me and macros, maybe someone could explain the difference for me.

P.s. having all dance styles programmed and being able to change them rapidly makes for some interesting dance moves ;)

I've the same keyboard and what I found to be the biggest challenge with what you are describing is the delays between actions. They have to be set manually , for best results, and with the multitude of problems within ESO coding, the delays sometime don't match real word times and in game time. That in turn causes some actions to not be performed.
You will have to adjust the timings as tight as you can and readjust as needed.
It sucks, but I find it works... as best as it does. :D

For what I did, capturing the keystrokes without timing was all I needed to do, not sure if it is the same for yours. But then again they may have some kind of block for action keys. I never tested it as actual macros. I like my combat to be natural. If I loose, I loose and I rarely go to Cyrodiil anyways.

Here is an example of a guild channel. You can see if it is the same software also, if not then disregard.
Note: there is also an "Enter" to start it off with before the slashes, it is just scrolled to the bottom.
