Dragonknight Battle Roar Passive Doesn't Work

So I've done some testing and this is only for my account, my Battle Roar passive doesn't work for dragon knight. I've tried to respec and all and it's not working. I've gotten a friend to try on his account and it works for him but not mine. My resources do not get returned.

Anyone else got this before any idea on how to fix it?

    i Play main DK, never got a Problelm with this Passive. The Ulti dont even Need to be a DK Ulti, so Battle Roar works also with SoulAssoult etc.

    But mby you dont get the passive right, Battle Roar grant you +35%/70% Magica/HP/Stamina back, of the cost of the ulti

    I think its' Battle Roar 1/2 once I got 2/2 it started to work

    I think it works, it's just the resource return was nerfed and nowadays it's very small (~1900 with the leap for example), so it's basically 3sec worth of basic regen and it's easy to miss. I don't really understand why people still complain it being op.

    I noticed this when 2.0.4 came out. It only worked with Standard of Might, then 2.0.6 hit and it stopped working altogether . Just another reason I stopped playing.

    Well I think there's a bug with 1/2 anyone able to confirm once I put two points I got resources
