Mighty star in the mage constellation scaling

When you put the 31st point into the mighty star, it goes from 10.8 to 11. an increase in 0.2 which is what it was upto. then tho if i go to put my 32nd point in. it shows it will raise to 11.3. as if the scaling went UP not down to 0.3 per point again instead of 0.2 (or 0.1) does it continue to do this passed 32? is it bugged, or is it intended or what?

The current system does not show certain decimal points. I noticed this with a heavy armor trait (I don't remember which one). The value, when displaying, rounds DOWN. So you'll never see "2.5", you'll see "2". The actual stat or whatever is still properly scaled by/ minus 2.5%. Then when you get another 2.5, percent, since its a whole number, you'll see "5".

*I arbitrarily chose a scaling factor of 2.5, just for this example. But you get my point.

As I understand it, to make those changes more visible, they should be increasing numbers across the board by another factor of 10.

"LF1M DPS, 1,000,000 DPS minimum"

CP's are the one area it would have made sense for them to show the single decimal.
