Where do people hang out

I just returned after a long hiatus I'm on the AD side though doing Cadwells silver (VR4) 'abroad'. Is there a particular place people hang out to trade or use as a general social 'hub'? Seems kinda quiet wherever I'm pitching up.

    I like Shornhelm for DC. The bank, equipment crafting stations, stable, and outlaw sanctuary are all quite conveniently close to the wayshrine.

    DC: Wayrest Rivenspire and...Cyrodiil :trollface:

    On NA everyone is at Rawl Kha - not seen as many there in EU - seen also a lot of EU/DC at Belkarth WS.
