Caltrops doesn't progress as fast as other skills

I have exactly for 1 hour the skill Magicka Detonation and it's already morphed.
In comparison with Caltrops, which I've used already so many times, it doesn't even get to the morph level.
Anyone that has the same issue?

not an issue or bug Caltrops were here on release and takes as long as all the other Alliance War powers the ones add later level to morph faster cause they were added late in the game, so the XP needed to level them is far lowerChaos Shadow-Scale: Shadow Archer
