I'm not talking about jumpscares you got from an enemy you dind't saw or a boss battle, I'm talking about those eerie moments when you say "thats so creepy".
I was talking with the NPC in this place and when I turned around... this... first time in the game I thought "how creepy".
I'm doing Rivenspire right now as part of Cadwell's Silver. Haven't come across that yet. What particular location was that? I'm at NOrthpoint now.

totally agree with you,i think the best moments of tension are when u get to fight big bosses in quests and delves.Grayphilosophy wrote: »They should make more of this. Doesn't even have to be creepy things, just legitimately unexpected things.
I totally agree with this. There is often a good sense of tension in the game when one confronts mobs or bosses, and the quests/stories, along with the lore, are very well done. What the game lacks to a certain degree is a sense of "dread", meaning a visceral, sickening sense of doom, a la Dark Souls. You generally "see" what's coming ahead in this game, and most of the time you initiate the battles. What the game could use is more areas in which the enemies are not obvious, but hidden away in dark nooks and crannies. And the stories and clues you encounter are subtle and horrifying . . .
