Boss fights too hard? Reservoir of Souls

I'm a level 26, I find that there are several important quests that are giving me a hard time, all the same pattern: I'm able to solo just fine for all the fights in the quest, then I come to the final boss and he's very much tougher than all the others, I get killed several times and have to give up the quest. Of course I can come back when I'm a higher level, but by then the quest has turned green or gray. For example: in quest line 'Judgment of Veloch', I'm doing fine, I get to the final boss fight (Enter the Reservoir of Souls) and there she is with 2 ghosts and I have to kill all three. I kill the ghosts okay but she's a tough cookie, even with a healing potion. The quest is already green for me and by the time I level up and take the trouble to go back to complete this on it will be gray. Of course I could find a helper, but that's a lot of trouble and I have to find a helper who has done the other parts of the quest AFIK, or is that not true? Any advice?

It would help if you posted some details on you class and build, along with the types of things that are giving you trouble, but here's some general advice for boss fights:

• Pay attention to the indicators that show when a boss is winding up to do an ability, and interrupt, block, or dodge as appropriate.
• Make sure you've got decent gear (minimum of green quality, not more than 6 levels below your character level, and with enchantments on it: if you can wear gear that gives you set bonuses, then do so)
• Use potions as needed (preferably player-crafted tri-pots that replenish all 3 attributes, but regular dropped potions should do fine for almost all PVE content)
• If you're having difficulty, make sure to use food to boost your stats (preferably purple or blue food, depending on your build, but for most PVE content food that only boosts your health will be fine too)
• Make sure to move around in combat - stay out of the red areas on the ground!

Anyways, what class, skills, gear, attributes, etc?

Put some crowd control on the boss. They will get crowd control immunity for four seconds indicated by some circular lines appearing under them, once those disappear apply more cc. While the boss is CC'd kill the ghosts.
