Scaling keep walls/guards.

To help fix population imbalances and buff campaigns, would it be possible to scale the strength of NPC guards and keep walls depending on how many keeps, resources, and scrolls an alliance has?

For example, if EP owns 75% of the maps and all but 1 scroll, their guards and walls will basically collapse when bugs land on them, making it significantly easier to begin taking back the map and significantly harder to maintain the map. Conversely, AD and DC would find that their last two keeps or so scaled up in strength, making it easier to hold onto them.

The advantage here is that owning large portions of the map would still be incentivized because that would strengthen the players themselves, even as it weakens their guards and walls.

I imagine this isn't possible with the technology or that it's already been thought of and thrown out, but I figured it'd be good to through it out there just in case.

    They could add more guards (stronger ones, maybe with different skills than the current ones example: Storm mages or Ice Mages, maybe a Guard with NB skills) to a keep based on what faction owns a city or town nearby. Which would make cities and towns able to be captured. (They could put a difficult trials-like boss in a manor or something so it wouldn't completely disturb PvEers.

    They could also make a lot of others happy and make a 3 v 3 v 3 arena or arenas around Cyrodiil and based on who owns what it would add some benefits to keeps and guards like I mentioned above, maybe more guards, different varieties of them etc. Or do both and make a lot of PVPers happy along with Imperial City... no one would leave Cyrodiil if all this was added.

    yes, they do need to add scaling of some fashion specifically to help the faction that has the least.

    population issues aside there are cases where small groups so can so utterly dominate an entire faction there is no point it staying.
    I play every class in every situation. I love them all.
