How do I get item purchased from guild store?

I bought an item from a guild store and it appears in my eMail...but how do I get It? Yes the item is red, I would have to level up to use it, but how do I get it? I click on it and nothing happens. It's not in my inventory. ?

To be honest I thought this thread was going to be on "I bought an item but I didn't get"
Was going to say you have to zone out and/or log out and log in.
Also, add that the game should just GIVE it to you, shouldn't be mailed.

When I go to a supermarket and buy milk. I expect milk immediately in my possession after I buy it... I don't expect to goto a store and personally buy it and than they mail it to me rather than letting me leave the store WITH the milk.

That's my spill on the system they have in place right now, that's only thing I dislike about it. Game is way too slow to be mailing me stuff.

Speaking of mail systems, in GW2 when someone mails me something, pretty much get it in seconds, I don't have to rezone or logout and login or wait min or longer.
This game just feels so slow for real and it bugs me. Like stuff loads slow, the loading screen is too slow to respond, getting mail is slow, just slow game period. People complain about lag in PvP, probably because coding is just, slow LOL.
