Multi faction guilds + party

If the whole account is stuck with a single guild which will inevitably lead to multi faction guilds, just get rid of the faction restriction of partying for dungeon runs only. Any pve content that requires a party to finish it should not be restricted to factions. As for pvp content, it can continue to stay restricted.
