@ZOS, ALL WEAPON PASSIVE DO NOT WORK AFTER DE-ACTIVATE OVERLOAD !

i've tested with 1h/shield and destructive staff, all weapon passive do not work after you activate and de-activate overload ulitmate.
my killing with destruction spell do not regen magicka, walking slower when you hold shield.
Need to re-log to solve the problem
Please have a look at the issue, I've logged a in game bug report before but there's no reply, that's why i've to post it in the forum.
