Some of the quests tasks in ESO don't integrate it's own lore or some of the new systems (justice system for example). So, in this world of fantasy and magic, how would you change it? Give a zone, quest, and description for how you'd handle it instead, hopefully with simular endings.
Here are a few examples:
Aldmeri DominionLifting te Veil (Skywatch/Auridon)
Alternate - Give an option to pickpocket the sword or steal it from the barracks.
Through the Ashes (Dawnbreak/Auridon)
Alternate 1 - During the houses on fire phase instead of using singular water buckets to put out fires, give a call whistle to call in Dominion ice mage's to put out the fire once an area is secure
Alternate 2 - Give the user an imbued ice staff to freeze the fires themselves
Ebonhart PactUndermined (Iliath Temple/Stonefalls)
Alternate - Rather than using a pickaxe, setup charges of magically infused Kindle pitch with a trigger spell that will simultaneously go off at once. Seems a little less brutish than using a pickaxe to bury yourself in a landslide.
Payback (Obsidian Gorge/Deshaan)
Alternate - Instead of protecting archers shooting arrows at crates way down below, protect them as the setup and fire off a siege ballista
