Many of us have encountered hard to manke test run groups because of the limited amount of deaths and regrouping
Would a TEST MODE just to get mechanics figured out be good in trials with these settings?
-No death limits
-No XP gains / cp gains
-No loot
-No leaderboard count

IMO it would be a waste of development resources. You can practice in trials as is.

The death limit I'm assuming is why you're requesting this. I ask why practice without it? If I'm understanding you correctly you want to continue to practice fighting the final boss after 72+ deaths.

You'd be practicing it without really practicing at the level required to complete it without dying. That is the key to trials. If you want to fight the big baddie, your group has to learn not to wipe to the nonsense before it. What's the point of perfecting your final boss parses if you can't even get past the 1st boss?

Just do what the rest of us do. Go one boss at a time until you don't wipe anymore. Eventually your group will reach the final boss with 65+ rezs and you can practice your final boss parses how you like.

If you have questions or need some pointers send me a message. maybe I can help.

There are plenty of Youtube videos on AA and Hel Ra. Be careful of some of the Pre-Patch 1.6 videos as they feature the stack & burn & ultibomb strategy that is no longer viable.

For the storm atro, make sure to spot the yellow safety zone asap, and sprint towards it.

For the Foundation Stone Atro, stack up your group and shift left or right depending on where the chainspinners drop their AoE's.

For the Wispmother, use damage shields/annulment/barrier to protect your teammates.

For the Mage, make sure that your tank can hold the axes, and the rest of the group saves their ultis and has the dps to survive the final massive damage phase.

Many players don't want to hear this, but you should ask every dps in your group to download some sort of DPS meter. If they're all dealing only 4-6k damage per second, there's no way you can survive the 3rd boss. If everyone is dealing 7-9k dps, you will have decent chance. If most are dealing 10k dps, you should be fine. DPS is not the end-all-be-all when it comes to player skill, but it does serve as a fair index of how well your group is performing.

We still stack and burn first 2x bosses AA.

AA & Hel Ra - Still Super Easy.

If you are EU DC see me in game @Islyn

I can get you into a guild who can show you how easy these are to run.

For NA AD: See Deviance - They are really good and also do training runs. (Some NA guilds no longer do training runs on these trials)

Also - if NA/AD Check around if Majestic 12 still exists.

    I like your spoiler/sig!
I have a theory for backstory that we are all, each, fighting Molag Bal on a slightly different plane of existence at a time so the fight never really ends....(feel free to extrapolate I am really tired and no more typing for now...lol)

Well you know, 72 deaths is such a small sample size. You need at least 500 wipes in one sitting to get any kind of accurate representation on the effectiveness of your current group setup and tactics.
