I was searching for coats or robes that are not that long that they touch ground for a very long time. I got some rumors and few pictures but in the end i could not find any. I am searching for items like this:

I have seen with some people having items like that, i am preaty sure i have seen some npcs with those 2, but are they obtainable by players? Can anyone help in that matter?

I believe the Worm Cult set is the one you are thinking of, there may be another but I'm not sure.

Thanks i tried searching there, it apears that altmer have a bit longer tunic or how is the light armor torso called, but nothing that screams coat to me. Unless i am missing something totaly
