Where are my Crowns?

Ok. So I have ESO plus and it has been longer than a month since Tamriel Unlimited and I am supposed to have received 1500 crowns. But I have gotten nothing since the game went buy to play. Is this a problem (Should this not have happened) or is it becuase I have a 3 month recurring subscription and therefor I get 4500 every 3 months rather than 1500 a month?

Answers and help are greatly appreciated.

I would think that is exactly what it means as my crowns hit the day after the charge for the account. If you have a three month reoccurring then you would see the 4500 crowns when your next sub fees are paid. I am a monthly sub so I see my 1500 every month.

You get crowns when you pay, not every month.
When you purchase the sub, those are your crowns.

The only monthly deposit is for people who have a monthly sub

@RDMyers65b14_ESO If they do only get to me once every three months that's really annoying, what If I would like to but somethings from the crown store now, I have to wait 2 months. It also means that people with a 1 month recurring sub have an advantage over me because they get them more regularly.

@keybaud Make sure you read the items before you subscribe as there is no advantage for any person who has any different subscription as far as crowns. You pick the plan that best fits you're finances and get the crowns up front.

If you're unclear click the support link at the top of this page and type into the support search bar "crown"

@keybaud were you subbing before TU went live?

If so at that point you should have got an amount of crowns, broken down into rewards for paying for however many months you had been subbed previous to TU and also including all the crowns applicable due to you until your subs run out......

E.g. I had subbed since release and had just over a month left of subs as TU went live, I received 4700 Crowns, I forget the exact breakdown but will look for the link.

So if this is the same for you, you will not get any more crowns until you next pay your subs and at that point you will get ALL the crowns due for the length of your sub.....

E.g. 1 month 1500, 3 month 4500 etc etc

If however you have subbed and not received any crowns you need to contact support

It means that you will have to either buy additional crowns or become a great budget maker. It is not my decision to make and it is difficult enough to budget 1500 when you want everything. ZOS has already shown that they will have limited time items on occasion without the advanced notice that the item is going to occur after the crowns are already spent.

They give you all your crowns up front so that you have the opportunity to spend all of them well before you will get more.

Actually, if you sub over a 3 month period you have an advantage over someone who subs 1 month at a time. You both get the same number of crowns over a 3 month period (4500), but you have the advantage in 2 respects:
1) your crowns cost you less (paying for your sub 3 months at a time is cheaper on a per-month basis than paying 1 month at a time)
2) you get all of your crowns up front, while they have to wait to get all of theirs. If there's something in the crown store that costs 2000 or 2500 crowns, you can buy it right away after your sub starts if you want it, while they have to either wait a month or buy more crowns.

The only way it's possible to think that someone on a month-by-month sub has an advantage over someone with a longer sub period is if you have no self control and can't stop yourself from spending all of your crowns as soon as you get them.

Thank you for all your help everyone this has been really helpful
I think I need to tone down on spending crowns myself because I started with 5500 and they have all gone I just have to wait a month or so for my flood of 4500.
