Nope, I don't have any issues. I hate to say it but it is probably your system, issue with your router, or your ISP.

Took me abit but i found out how to fix this

Now it's going to take some explanation as its a pain in the arse to fix but stay with me.

Ok
Step 1. Locate the control panel and find the part about removing items from your pc
Step 2. Now stay with me Uninstall elder scrolls online on your pc
Step 3. You need to go to the elder scrolls website and see if you can transfer to console before may the 9th
Step 4. If this in not possible then preorder eso on your console of choice

Now this should work if it does not i recommend sending them a support ticket bud.
