[Bug] Vet DSA oddity

Round 2 of vet DSA has the oddest bug ive found, and after testing it a few times I think I found out how to reproduce it.
For some strange reason when the fire goes out, and you start taking damage from the Cold, magicka cost reduction enchants stop working. My abilities cost jumped up 500 till I relogged. Happened to everyone in my group that had magicka cost reduction jewelry.
