Is it too late to transfer to Console?

I just learned that your character gets copied over instead of really getting transfered. With that news I'd really like to try console but is it too late for that?

    You don't need to contact support.
    If you're eligible, you buy it from this site store and wait for more info to come at a later date again...if you're eligible.

    Go to the store on your account, if you bought the game and are eligible there should be 2 purchase options, one for PS4 version with transfer and one for Xbox One with transfer. Hope this helps.

    You should of received an email about doing the character transfer. From what I remember from my email, the final date to do it was by the end of this month or so. I know it was only a 30 day window to decide.

    You should of received an email about doing the character transfer. From what I remember from my email, the final date to do it was by the end of this month or so. I know it was only a 30 day window to decide.

    Yeah I believe you only have until May 9th to purchase the console transfer.

    This is my own fault as I only skimmed the email when it came through and immediately went to texting my friends telling them I had got the email and for them to make sure to check for theirs. I had some other things tying my money up and wasn't worried about getting the game for 20 bucks and that's what I thought the email was for. I thought the small window they were giving was for the game, not the transfer. So I guess I'm screwed right? I don't mind buying the game again, I love the game. I just don't want to lose my character because like so many others, I've invested plenty of my free time into it.

    I sent in a ticket two days ago and still haven't heard anything from anyone. Hoping they'll be cool about it.

    I'd also love to hear if the option is still avalable. I've not played with the PC version or my PC character since Feb 2015 and still paying despite changes in free to play. I would love the option to pick up where I left off on the console, Xbox One addition.

    Are all versions interacting on the same server, I'm thinking the answer is no. I recall having this option availanle to me on FFXIV.

    I never even received an email about the transfer. I bought the game on PC before the end of June 2014 cut off. Now I'm being told that they can't help me. That's great customer support right there.

    For the record I received an email I never saw allowing me to transfer to both consoles for $40.

    I missed the deadline by a few weeks.

    I just paid $80 for the PS4 Digital Imperial Edition and $92 (with crowns) for the Xbox One Imperial Edition at Gamestop. And when the game released I paid $80 for the PC version. Not to mention I had a $15 subscription for a very long time.

    I wish they had allowed those of us that qualified for the $20 transfer a little more time. However, I appreciate them allowing us to even have the ability to do it, and it was my fault for not keeping track of their emails.

    Yeah, I never got the e-mail either. It's not even in my spam folder and that folder has e-mails going back to 2012, so it wasn't autodeleted. Sad. I was looking forward to getting back together with some friends. Guess I'll just stick to the PC servers for now until they put in a cheaper option with account transfer. Not paying full price. I'll probably drop my ESO Plus too now, since all my friends/guildmates have gone to xbox.
