Dual Wield weapon damage lower after patch 2.0.7?

After patch 2.0.7 my weapon damage has dropped. With proc's and fully buffed my weapon damage is 4057 while it used to be 4295 prior patch 2.0.7. No mention of any tweaks or changes in patch notes. Is there anyone else experiencing this ?
I have tried re-buff The Warrior Mundus stone. The gear is the same and these numbers are not effected by any PvP bonuses, I suspect a change in Dual Wield passives or Champion system.

✭✭✭✭Originally I thought it was due to scroll bonuses from your home campaign. But that particular drop doesn't exactly match the scroll's 5% bonus (though it's close).

Hamrammur✭✭I re-buffed the Warrior and the amount lost-gained seems to be the same as before, however it's possible that the Warrior buff is not effected by other bonuses measured in percentages, such as Mountain's Blessing (DK) and Twin Blade and Blunt (DW).
Or that Twin Blade and Blunt is bugged again after being fixed 2 weeks ago.0
