Soul Magic Bug

So I put two points in soul magic for a 10% chance to fill a soul gem on a weapon attack kill..... It was working fine before on my other character and filling soul gems occasionally.
Since patch 2.0.7 i have yet to fill one soul gem on my templar with the two handed weapon.
Awnyone else seeing this bug?

Trollwut✭✭✭We need more information.
- What empty soul gems do you have in your inventory?
- What level has the killed enemy been?
- How many enemies have you tried so far?
- A specific location where you tried it?
And if you insist that it's a bug, use the /bug feature. That's where they read it.0 -
Tashira✭✭✭it is is simple question to see if someone else might have seen the same issue.
Been playing this game since launch, i have the right soul gems and the correct level area for my toons level.
