Hardened Ward Bug

It looks like since the most recent update I have seen that my sorc is taking damage through hardened ward even though I still see the shield active on my health bar and not taking enough damage to completely break my shield. Even after immediately re-applying my shield I am still receiving random damage from various mobs that seems to completely bypass it. I asked in guild and several other sorcs have noticed the same thing.

As far as what I have seen and as one of the few Empowered Ward Users I can contribute, the Empowered Ward is working very well. No Bypassing, works like intended. Time to try some Pets.
