- Fixed various powers with minor buffs and reductions
- Added more Dwemer pots with stuff in them to certain mines (but still a horrid lack of Dwemer motifs)
- Added more stuff to the Crown Store for your pleasure (i.e. xp pots)
- Fixed 4 quest bugs in various cities
- Added more Network monitoring gear
- Fear will no longer drop your through the world

the dismount issue is very painful, so hopefully they do fix this one.
