New Clothing styles research

Seems kinda odd that clothiers do not have the ability create or "research" the new cosmetic only styles. Would be a nice thing to see. Course, would probably also have to have different styles/colors based on materials used.
Could be a new research line or type, since it'd need to be for each category.
