lets not forget ZOS, you need to throw pc players a bone to abate their already impressive rage for being ignored.
No new content shall nor should be released until console settles down.
TESO: TU is product which is sold in order to acquire monetary gain.
Releasing additional content when the game hasn't even been released on all platforms yet is nonsense.
We shouldn't get any teasers, any information or anything at all until console settles down, unless it's an event where this is the necessary such as Quakecon.
DLC should best be used to maximise it's potential whilst simultaneously acting as an indirect marketing tool, anyone who says otherwise is just spurring controversy for the sake of it and isn't interested in longevity of the game.
This is not my personal opinion either, this is factual information based on marketing trends, consumer habits and general for-profit organisation requirements. Not forgetting TESO: TU will not be officially released until it is available on all announced playable platforms.
TESO:TU is a game which is playable on PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4 platforms; until it is available as advertised like this, the product TESO:TU will not be released.
This is not ignoring the fact that TESO:TU is currently already available on PC - but the product itself is not fully released - why would DLC be available before TESO:TU is completely out available to all potential consumers?

The DLC doesn't have to be named after the zone. I suspect they went with Orsinium in the end because it's more familiar and related to Orcs. Also, people kept calling it Hrothgar. A less confusing name is probably the way to go.Does anyone know if they've addressed the Wrothgar vs Orsinium name question yet?
Summary, if you can't be bothered to click - Orsinium is the city, Wrothgar is the region, so the zone should be called Wrothgar, not Orsinium.
Mmm, I hadn't thought of that, and I could certainly agree with that. Call the DLC "Orsinium" and still keep the zone as named "Wrothgar". That works... in theory. The DLC doesn't have to be named after the zone. I suspect they went with Orsinium in the end because it's more familiar and related to Orcs.
