Dismount when you'll mount - horse

Does anyone have issues like I do with mounting a horse? This is already for days now.
I'm walking, press H to mount and I see my char dismounting, while I'm not on my horse at that time. So actually I need everytime to press 2 times H to mount my horse. This is an issue when you're almost in close combat.

Try mounting in Cyrodiil. When you or your groupmates are in or near combat, you will enter combat and be unable to mount. It's supremely frustrating when you leave combat for a split second, hit that mouse button, immediately dismount, and enter combat again.

This bug is horrendous. It used to exist (to a less bothersome extent) in the first few months after release, but was fixed. When ZO$ fixed mounts randomly stopping, they seem to have unfixed the mount/unmount bug.

I know that when in combat you aren't able to mount, even in group when no one is attacking you you are not able to mout. In fact funny but it is.

My issue is mostly appearing after a fight. I mount after a fight and he is dismounting, when I'm not mounted :-)

yep me too, mount -unmount- try again. In combat out of combat . I usually just end up running half the way to wherever we are going. Oh and I almost forgot do not ever throw a heal to an ally your passing if you wish to ever get on your horse that will cause you another 5 min or so of not being able to get on your horse

Yes, I get this regularly in Cyrodiil. I press my mount key and instead of mounting I get the dismount animation and fail to mount. I then have to hit the mount key again (after the dismount animation completes) to successfully mount.

The following causes can likely be ruled out: being in combat, mashing the mount key, high server load, moving or rotating the camera before the mount is summoned. None of these things seem to be a factor.

This bug can still happen when you have been stationery for some time, don't rotate the camera, are very careful about only pressing the key once, are definitely not in combat and are playing off peak when very few players are on.

It only happens in Cyrodiil. I have characters in several vet and non vet campaigns and it happens in all of them, peak and offpeak, during both PvP and PVE activities.

Immediately dismounting after mounting is annoying, but dismounting 4 times in a row when you take damage whilst riding is a death sentence.

Anyone else get this?

I have gotten that bug. You get knocked off your Mount and break the stun only to stand fall stand fall dead.

Yep, mount, un-mount. I just figured my toon was having issues getting comfy in the saddle.

The plight of being a healer. I love having to run everywhere because I decided to cast a heal.

Plus with the mount/dismount bug that ALWAYS puts me into combat as i'm dismounting i stop even trying to mount.

I know this issue, but it's random.

Then you'll need to mount and dismount why there are lags in Cyro, lots of fun.......... Even doors in this case don't work as interaction. Just as Cicero in Skyrim says "I'm stuuuuck!!!".

Greetings all!

For the majority of players, the patch put in in 2.0.5 fixed their dismounting bug (more specifically, players were unable to dismount without jumping into water, or traveling to a wayshrine, etc). 2.0.7, which patched today, fixed the remaining bugs that had been identified since 2.0.5.

That said, if you're still encountering mounting/dismounting related issues, please post up the best reproduction steps you have. Nice, easy to reproduce steps make for easy to kill bugs.
