The community responded with the Roomba add-on which handles stacking, so there's no reasons for the developers to try to fix this. As they stated during the pre-release period, they're going to be as lazy as possible with the UI and let the modders fill in the gaps. I wonder how they're going to handle it on consoles though.

As I have stated in other posts about these same subjects, that's all well and good until the authors of the Add-ons get bored, angry, burned out, whatever and leave the game and stop updating their work.
Then the gaping holes in UI and functionality left by ZoS are broken again.

True, but ESO's generally been in population decline since Day 1 and most of the add-ons have been replaced or picked up by other modders when the original author leaves the game. If we get to the point where the modder population dies, I doubt they'll be any new updates to the game from ZoS anyway, because the population will be so low as to not warrant further investment.

Remember when they said the guild bank stacking being removed was a temporary fix until they can find a more permanent fix? Zeni has used that same argument for many, many band-aid fixes and it's really starting to affect the games quality of life.MMOs need good quality of life features to keep people around. Over time small little annoyances pile up and become too much of a hassle for many people to bother with.

But here we are a year later and I have never ever seen anyone mention it. So please for the love of my sanity and the simple convenience of those of us who like a tidy inventory could you please look into a self sorting Guild bank? It doesn't have to be perfect. It can function just like the regular bank or my inventory but please have it stack items. Thanks!
