Any idea why my attribute bars won't hide when full like they're supposed to?

As the title says my attribute bars refuse to hide when full. For a while I thought it was an add-on causing this but I have moved all of my add-on files out of the game's files and deleted all of my saved variables files. Is this a known bug since update 6? If not any idea what's causing this or how I can address it? Thanks in advance for any insight anyone can provide!

You have selected the option to hide them in Settings->Interface->Healthbars?

Hey man I'm having this exact same problem. Did you ever find a solution? I got my "show attribute bar: automatic" and it still won't disappear.

I even installed ESO on a new computer with no addons and all settings set to default and it's still doing it, took all the armor off my char...no idea what's going on. The problem is only with 1 char, my magplar.
