So... talons is flame dmg after initial hit, so its description means: Talons hold for 6 seconds instead of 4?!?

I'd just like a confirmation before I bind almost a million dollars of armor.

It' s pugged and actually causes the red effect to permanently effect one's chill.

It should just mean that Talon's DoT lasts 6 seconds, but the root effect will still only last for 4.

I think it means for engulfing flames, searing strikes, dragonknight standard, ash cloud, meteor and scalding rune

I would love to try it out on my dot dk DPs with the skoria set

The way some of these bugs work I wouldn't be surprised if it simply shortened duration and not the damage, making the DoT stronger.

They have never compensated anyone ever for a bug. If the million gold is that important to you, don't bind it. You will not get that back.
