advice on bows

so yesterday, i become vr14 finally and look for advice my next way. i am hardly thinking about buying Pact bow, which looks very good, possibly in time buy whole eagle eye set (with two rings i suspect to make set of three). is it worth it? its expensive. Bow can be updated by crafter to gold right before i equip it right? is 3 meters longer shooting worth the whole set? Enchants can be replaced anytime right (on rings)? i read there is some master bow around? how is he compared to to pact bow or eagle eye set? where he drop? or i should look for someone else? Try unfathomable surprises, its worth? i am looking for full bow build in pvp
