Game Performance on the European Megaserver

Recently, we have been working hard to research what might be causing the elevated game performance issues on the European megaserver. Thanks to your reports and the details you shared with us, we've been able to isolate and fix a hardware issue that was contributing to some of the game performance issues specifically impacting the European server.
This issue was causing a very specific server-side issue—sudden and extreme latency that would last around 10 minutes at a time. This issue was impacting game performance everywhere, not just in Cyrodiil. Since we fixed the hardware issue, we have since been monitoring the situation closely and have seen improvements. We will continue to keep an eye on things, and research additional ways to cut down on the more commonly experienced client-side game performance issues.
