Gold Selling

carlos.trevisan.contatonrb19_ESO
Now that ESO its getting atention again soon we will be seeing those 3rth party website selling golds, receiving all those mail spams of gold.
Ive read in another discussion that people are getting divided opinions about Zenimax selling gold on crown store.
So what you guys think will happen next, the gold farmers/spams wont occour? People wont carr about buying gold? ESO will became more eficient in gold farming? Zenimax will sell gold on CS?

If it does happen, report it and move on. ZOS had done a wonderful job, in my opinion, of killing the bots and gold sellers. They will take care of them. Two thumbs up, ZOS!

Doubt it'll happen. All Zos' Gold farmer and spammer preventions are still firmly in place and working fine, far as I can tell.
It's one thing they seem to have done well.

Honestly, ZOS has put a lot of barriers in place to prevent gold farmers/spammers. Removing the subscription has removed one of those barriers, but I don't actually think that particular barrier made that much of a difference (if ESO went F2P instead of B2P that would be another story).

In addition to that, the Crown Store makes the idea of buying gold much less appealing to the type of people who would be tempted, because it puts some of the items people might have bought gold for (mounts and now motifs) in a store controlled by ZOS. Naturally it won't remove the demand for gold entirely, as there are still lots of things to buy with gold (most of which can only be bought with gold through guild stores unless you get them yourself), but it will reduce demand.

Frankly I think that despite increased interest in the game, gold sellers will find that ESO is not profitable enough for them to really bother with.

Likely anyone that attempts to sell gold or help sell gold will have their account removed. 2 reasons for this.

The ZOS terms of service have become much more strict and clear cut in certain areas, though murky in othrrs, but when it comes to gold selling or item selling it's clear cut:
Accordingly, You may not sell, and You may not assist others in selling, Service(s) or in-Game items for real currency, or exchange those items for value outside of the Services. Evidence of any attempt to redeem Downloadable Content for a purported exchange, sale, gift or trade in the “real world” will result in the immediate suspension or termination of Your Account.

The second reason: the crown store. "Convience items" like potions, food, motifs, mounts, etc. That can be purchased in game require a strong economy where the market isn't saturated with gold or items. If these folks are selling it for dollars, then they would be in a position to under sell ZOS. It's in ZOS's best interest to keep out gold sellers to protect their profits.
