Removal of Dialogue/Conversation camera

I can't find an addon and I'm unsure if it is even possible. But with addons like "No-Spin" I would assume there is a chance that a simple API call could potentially stop the camera from zooming into the camera angles used for conversations/dialogue with NPC's. I've seen one or two posts from ages ago, nothing I found were recent and nothing with any answers.
I know ZOS spent some time now with the face FX but I play in 1st person so I wouldn't miss any of that. I just don't like the special camera angles. I like feeling my character's height against that of the NPC's.
